Almost Spring!

It's hard to believe spring will officially arrive this month. I've been hearing from a lot of people that they are excited to get to work on their yards. As much as I'm looking forward to tackling some yard work, dry days are also a good time to check gutters and downspouts and remove any leaves or debris. This month, as part of my home maintenance plan, I will be cleaning my window and door screens and checking for any holes that need to be repaired or screens that need to be replaced.

The real estate market is starting to show signs that it too is getting ready for spring so if you, or someone you know, are thinking about buying or selling now is a great time for us to talk.
