Spring is Here!
The weather may not have gotten the memo, but this first week has April has clearly been the kickoff to a busy spring real estate market. If you or someone you know is looking to buy or sell a home give me a call and let's come up with a plan.
This month I completed training to become an Earth Advantage Broker.

Earth Advantage Brokers are trained in green building techniques with focus on energy efficiency, healthy indoor air quality, resource efficiency, environmental responsibility, and water conservation. I am now better prepared to advise buyers and sellers who are interested in sustainable living. Additionally, as part of the EA network, I am kept up to date on incentives, rebates, financing and certifications that may better my clients. If you have any questions about upgrading or certifying your home feel free to contact me anytime.
