ADUs are very popular and it's possible you've been thinking about building one for yourself.
We are hosting a class where we hope to break the process down into simple steps to help you determine if building an ADU is for you.
We'll kick off the evening with an introduction from Vintage Real Estate on how ADUs fit in your current or future property. ENG Lending will follow with financing options. Finally, Hartwood PDX will share the builders perspective, touching on design, budget, final expectations and more.
We'll end the evening with a Q&A session and high fives.
Light food and beverages will be provided.
